CPD commitment- Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy Diploma achieved

One of the ethical obligations of a psychotherapist is continuing professional development. We commit to evidence that we hone our skills and knowledge by submitting ourselves for continued training and assessment to ensure we can be the best help we can.

Following on from achieving my Mindfulness Diploma last year, I undertook the Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Diploma over the last 6 months, with a focus on treatment-resistant depression. Final test results came in today and I achieved distinction. Mindfulness can be a transformative way of life and I am happy to use this in my therapeutic approach.
