A proposal has been made to set up group therapy or supervision options at a lower cost. If we can hit numbers these should open up access to the services to a wider range of people.

12/8/25 marked 6 years of Progress Psychotherapy providing evidence based and accessible therapy.
COSCA trainer accreditation
Robert is now formally accredited as a trainer by Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA).
CPD- Compassion focused therapy diploma
In 2023, compassion focused therapy was added to Progress’ modalities and let great work happen with guilt, shame or anger.
5 years of Progress!
On 12/8/24 Progress marked it’s fifth anniversary and looked ahead to the launch of the EMDR service.
