Several updates came together to make the site faster, more accessible and have better privacy controls than before.

12/8/25 marked 6 years of Progress Psychotherapy providing evidence based and accessible therapy.

Robert is now formally accredited as a trainer by Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA).
