New tool updates. Website version 14.

The new website version focused on the tools. Clients and supervisees are advised to recheck them as several were remade and new ones were added.

Progress emphasises high-quality, evidence-based treatments, with training being essential. Following the 2023 training on CFT, Robert excelled academically, passing 10 tests with distinction. CFT, an effective therapy for shame, guilt, and anger, has proven to be a valuable method in Progress’s therapeutic approach.
